1) Bikini and accessories cannot be returned and/or exchanged.

2) All returns/ exchange must be sent back to our office within 10 normal days from the date you receive the item with proof of purchase ( order number / Facebook order/ Email order). Kindly send us the tracking number through email at

once sent out as proof of return.

3) Item(s) must be returned in the original condition unaltered, unworn, unwashed, no defect, and with tags intact.

4) Vichi Fashion is not responsible for returned parcels until they arrive at our HQ. Please retain the postage receipt and tracking number as proof of return.

3) Refund can be in store credit ( valid for 2 years) or cash for normal priced items. We will refund the cash to your Bank Account within 10 working days from the date we receive your item(s). However, during stock clearance and promotional campaigns, refunds can only be in store credit.

4) Customers need to bare the postage fees for sending and return.(The postage fees you pay for your item(s)) Vichi Fashion will not refund any postage fees to customers.

5) Customers who pay with their credit cards and wish to return and exchange, there will a processing fees 3% of your total bill and will be deducted when we issue store credit or cash refund.

6) All requests to exchange/return/ refund in cash previously order ( before 12th Aug 2016) will not be entertained.
